Kecak Ramayana is a Balinese Hindu dance and music drama which portrays the epic poem Ramayana. The dance creatively shows the poem’s narrative about the struggle of a divine king, Rama, to rescue his wife, Sita, from the demon king, Ravana.
Performed everyday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Ticket Price: Rp100,000/ adult
The whole show lasted for 1 hour. Can’t imagine how those men survived the mouth chanting that long. But definitely worth it!
The show has been very emotional and dramatic, with some comedic scene from some of its cast. 😂
There’s a photo opportunity with the casts after the show.
Like this one below, our favorite character in the play. Hanoman, the white monkey who helped Rama in rescuing Sita when she almost take her own life in despair.
The show was very entertaining, the story-line is truly dramatic and romantic. The casts were very good at their respective portrayals. The poem’s characters were given justification. Plus the very emotional sunset scene at the background. Really an unforgettable experience!
Enchanted of the show? Plan your Bali vacation now and pay this a visit.

Porch, Living and Bed Rooms
Since we are with our friends, 5 persons travelling together, we stayed in Bale Dangin Bungalow for the whole duration of our Bali vacation.
The bungalow was just prefect for us, it has 2 king sized beds, and 1 sofa bed. A small living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 shower room. Plus the very refreshing balcony!!!
Food and Breakfast
Included in the rate is a Balinese breakfast served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. They serve the breakfast food here in the open balcony as it is the center of the compound. Aside from the fact that they already provide tasty food for guests, you cannot measure their extra time and efforts they can willingly give to assure guests’ pleasured stay.
Since we were touring around Bali day to day, starting from 6:00 AM every morning, and we cannot attend their breakfast serving, they did provided us bread and chocolate milk each time. They just leave the box of this in front of our bungalow before we leave for tour.
As we know this was beyond their responsibility, for it’s our choice to leave that early, they still did not allow us to starve every morning. Such generous hearts of them.
Fortunately, we were still able to try their Balinese breakfast at least once.
These are mangoes and their famous snake fruit. It tastes like Makopa in the Philippines.
These below are rice cakes of Bali. The pink one is called Kue Apem, a steamed rice cake (like “puto” in the Philippines), while the green one is called Kue Lapis.
This above is the bread they gave us everyday we cannot attend the breakfast serving, and of course with our very favorite Cokelat!!! 😋😋😋
Yes, there’s a wifi connection as well, and it was very stable! 👍🏼
We had our own kitchen with kitchen wares and utensils, condiments, drinking water, refrigerator, stove and oven. Since we had a fully packed itinerary, we opt to just store food and cook dinner for ourselves every after tour. Plus we saved much, so it’s been a good choice! 😉 There’s also coffee and tea, with coffee/tea maker.
Toilet and Bath
Two toilets facing each other, with the sink in between. And the shower room at the right side, Shower Heater is also available. Laundry is as well allowed in here 😊
Lastly, it’s not only Ngurah and Ayu who’ll greet you every time you arrive at the compound. There is also Milo and Poglo, they are security, so you have to befriend them 😂
Milo is the white one, and the black one is Poglo. Poglo is friendlier than Milo haha 😂 We miss them actually!
Value for Money
Their rates per night is just as much as worthy for such a lovely home with refreshing ambiance, and a superb hospitality and accommodation! Actually it’s cheaper for that kind of accommodation. Plus the location is walking distance to many necessary stores.
Rates, Ambiance, Setup, Cleanliness, Food, Amenities, Coordination, and Accommodation were all worth it! This has made our Bali trip awesome! We wished we should have stayed here for a little long to fully experience the compound, and to interact with the very kind Ngurah and Ayu more. Nonetheless, they’ve played a big part from our Bali vacation that made it unforgettable. They were like our parents in Bali. Endless thanks to them! 😊
You can check availability and rates here: Bale Dangin Garden Bungalow, and book your stay now! 😉 Please extend my regards to Ngurah and Ayu!

Donations are expected when you want to enter their main temples for worship.
Dress Code: Dress code is not required when you enter the temple facility, however should you want to actually enter the main temples, you will be required to dress a sarong and a sash as these were exclusive for worshiping.
This one below is a temple in Tanah Lot exclusive for worship.
Down here, at the shore is another temple for worship. You can still go down here, this is actually where tourists stay for sunset.
Behind us is the temple at the shore I’m referring to.
This area is actually the perfect place to waste your time, as you will be rewarded of the beautiful sunset scene afterwards.
Really the best time to visit Tanah Lot is before sunset. You should not miss this!
You can truly feel how peaceful this place is, it was very relaxing!
If you want these kind of views and this warm feeling, you should definitely pay it a visit one day. 😊

They have scheduled events everyday you can join upon your arrival. Whether you will or you were able to attend all events or not, you still pay the same rate for the entrance fee.
Upon entry, you will be given a flyer listing the park’s map and their events’ timeline:
Bird of Prey Show
During our trip, we were only able to attend the ‘Basic Instinct, a Bird of Prey’ show. Shows how those particular birds have learned of basic and some survival skills. Indeed surprisingly entertaining and very educational.
Guyu Guyu Corner
Now, if you’re like me, you’ll love this park’s corner, the Guyu Guyu Corner! This is where you can hug and kiss birds (nah, just kidding 😅). But seriously, this is where you can truly encounter them.
Do not worry for all the birds, they are all well kept, and do not smell bad like usual birds. So you can literally hug them. 😂
These are the kinds of birds at the Guyu Guyu corner:
Lake Kelimutu and Lake Nakuru
Another corners from the map are the Lake Kelimutu and Lake Nakuru. They are not actually connected to each other but they are just beside each other.
Lake Kelimutu is where you can feed Pelican birds while in Lake Nakuru is where you can witness the Flamingos bathing happily and are all united. 😅
Mollucas and Eastern Island
In here you can see the best-looking birds in the Park! ♥️♥️♥️ These birds are very attractive in person (sadly, they are far from the allowed picture taking point, so I had to just zoom it in).
The Park is still big to explore however we have an itinerary to follow so we left after 2 hours of touring.
For more pictures, please visit our instagram account linked on the side bar.
In summary, I would definitely recommend the park. Worth a visit! Check them out thru these links:
